What better way to bring your game to the next level than by working with the best. LâCruitHer is designed for the player who wants to improve their lacrosse ability through personal and group lessons. Athletes can look to increase their mental knowledge, physical skills and gain confidence in their overall lacrosse game. Each session is specifically designed for the individual or small group based upon age, skill level and desired areas to improve upon.

Prior to a lesson, Câline will ask each athlete to complete a Player Information Survey. This survey will collect information to better inform Câline of the needs of each athlete. The goal is to get to know each student athlete and provide them with feedback that will increase confidence and improve their overall lacrosse experience.

LâcruitHer also offers recruiting consultations to help educate and advise players and parents on the college recruiting process.
